You're just showing off........................
I'm so excited to share my virtual business card‼️ I 💜 everything about it😬.

But unfortunately sometimes when you share great moments, everyone won't be happy for you and will accuse you of simply "showing off".

My reply is: "I don't show off, I show up and show what's possible!" But I'm not here to prove anything. At a certain level of self awareness, the need to go back and forth is replaced with a calculated exit➡️

This not only applies to business but is also valid in relationships and with friendships. I'm interested in building not distractions or meaningless debates. Staying in the wrong environment is more dangerous than leaving it.

Interview sessions were amazing!
Each candidate brought something unique to the table....professionalism, personality, experience, and passion for the role. Every conversation was engaging, thoughtful, and left our team with difficult decisions ahead because the talent pool has been incredibly strong.

Throughout the interview process, our team utilized structured interview tools such as candidate evaluation score sheets, experience assessments, communication rankings, and role-fit data tracking to help ensure a fair and detailed selection process as we work toward identifying the best fit for the position.

To every candidate who took the time to apply, prepare, and interview with us: thank you. Your interest, effort, and energy did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to learn more about each of you.

I'm currently on step #4 😁!Thank you to everyone who applied and showed interest but I am no longer accepting applications at this time. The hiring window has officially closed. I truly appreciate the overwhelming interest and the time each candidate took to apply. I'm excited to review the applications that have been submitted and I'll be reaching out to selected candidates regarding next steps.

The Summit starts tomorrow and I won't be in the building and I'm okay with that. But let's go ahead and address the elephants in the room:
🐘She must not host anymore⁉️
🐘 Her 5⭐️ reviews have declined because she used to post them ⁉️
🐘 She lost all the cars she had⁉️

I still have cars, I do host, and my reviews are the same period😉

At this point, my current goals simply don't include a lot of the things I used to do. New goals, new moves. I will say, the summit was a fun time. I recall my commercial interview, the crew asked me about my dream car? Well today my dream car is apart of my reality. 💋

Event canceled‼️............
It's true, the event is canceled for tomorrow due to severe weather predictions. I'm sad that the event is not happening but I would never ask my gworls to come out in unsafe conditions. The fun can wait.

No worries dolls, my team and I are already working on a new date to shift the party to so that the event is postponed instead of canceled.

Women in business✨...............................
As a woman in business, my days are full and often complicated. Making time to unravel is essential and I couldn't miss my friend's bday. I love returning the support to those who come out to support me as well, a time was had plus it's a crucial part of building a community that stays connected😉

As a business owner I always looking for ways to make things easier for myself, even doing my makeup😂. I had the pleasure of meeting 🥰😍 She was a sweetheart and very skilled. It's no secret that I'm a huge supporter of other women in business so if you're looking for an artist in Atl, get on her calendar. My only regret is not connecting with her sooner.

May December be gentle......
I want to share this with my gworls because I think its so powerful. A dear friend of mines shared it with me, but we weren't always friends! Let me share the back story real quick. It started with my entrepreneurial ventures and my goals to share & inspire others across the globe.

See you never know who's watching and how your story will impact others.Well, once upon a time I was invited to do a Youtube interview as a female Power Host from ATL by another female entrepreneur. Scroll down my profile to recap that episode 😉

One of the viewers of the podcast reached out to me. She was also a Power host on Turo. We hosted in different states but we begin to follow each other and support. Over time we began sharing Turo tales, laughs, and soon I considered her a friend. Fast foward to the Turo Powerhost Summit where we finally met face to face. Her energy is super upbeat even in dim situations and it has lifted me up in some tough moments of business.

You can never forsee just who you will connect with on our journey. But I do know that a friend that prays for you is a real gift. May this season bring you clarity,confidence and the peace you deserve this season. Keep showing up because you got this gworl! As for me, I'm so glad I crossed paths with .bogle . I'm blessed to have her as one of my friends & I love that for me😏
