Yall I’m convinced! The first cycle I had after the Yoni Steam, my cramps were non existent. And for that reason they will have a customer in me! Not only that but Yoni Steams have so many healthbenefits!

Family fun, fall vibes, and a GIRAFFE at a pumpkin patch?! 🎃🦒😂🍂 We had such a great time at Pettit Creek Farms in Cartersville, GA! I definitely wasn’t expecting to see a giraffe, LOL! There were SO many fun activities that we couldn’t even get to everything! 😍 Next year, we’re coming back with a game plan because now we know what to expect! 😂❤️ Definitely a fun fall experience for the whole family! 🍁

Pilates, good vibes, and a little self-care! 🧘🏾‍♀️💕✨ I tried the “Intro to Kulture” class at Core & Kulture Pilates Studio in Augusta, GA, and I loved it! The workout was no joke, but I felt AMAZING afterward! Definitely a great way to move my body while embracing my soft life era. Already looking forward to my next class! 💕
