😘 To whoever STOLE my COMPANY DEBIT CARD via US Postal Service then tried to ACTIVATE & USE IT for $7.35 in ATLANTA, GA at Kokee Tea YESTERDAY 12.29.25 -- a SPECIAL place in HELL is waiting for you. The card is CANCELLED and won't work you DumbA$$ -- try getting a JOB!!!!
FYI this card NEVER made it to me and was intercepted somewhere on its way??? Too bad I don't have the time or energy to waste dealing with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service or police to find you. Because we all know you are STEALING even more from someone else + your face is on camera! 🤦‍♀️

✅ Benefits of LIVING IN AN RV PARK Full Time = Less Wear & Tear on your RV! 🚐
🏃‍♀️ When you're traveling around in your RV and everything's bumping around all the time, you do have to do a lot more service and maintenance, meaning more things are breaking, falling apart, and you're having to rescrew or repair them in because your house is shaking.
🤦‍♀️ So YES, there are pros and cons of stationary RV living In An RV Park full-time! This is only ONE of them, I have an entire list... RVersity

🚐 Buying an RV? New or Used?
Don’t sign anything before you’ve done this first! 🫣
I put together an RV Inspection Checklist to help you inspect any RV – whether you’re buying new from a dealership or used from a private seller.
🔹 For new RVs: Use this as your own Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). Dealerships do their own, but it’s often quick and not nearly as thorough. Walk through this list yourself before (or right after) taking delivery so you can catch any issues while they’re still under warranty.
🔹 For used RVs: Go through this checklist with a few new RVs first to get a baseline. Then use it when inspecting used units so you know exactly what to look for (and what could cost you later).
While most of the checklist can be done by you, some parts—like brakes, engines, and mechanical systems—may need a certified RV technician.

✅ BENEFITS of Living In An RV Park = 24/7 Vacation 🏝️
🚐 One of the pros of stationary RV living is that it's a permanent vacation or mini RV resort. We call our RV the resort on the island because I do live in an RV Park on an island in the middle of a lake... but we brought all the fun with us! We have a blow-up hot tub, a boat, a paddleboard, and swim mat. Plus, I can jump in the water in my backyard, which is 20 feet from my RV!
A lot of people ask me why I haven't traveled lately or when I'm going to travel, and I'm like, I don't know, because I like my yard at the RV Park. It's like a permanent vacation. So why would I wanna leave?

🚐 VAN LIFE Saved My Family Battling a RARE DISEASE!
My Dad's Battle with Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS) & How Our RV Van Saved Us! BTW ICYMI, we have 2 RVs since we RV with dogs and cats. We have a Travel Trailer that never moves, as it is a stationary RV, and then we also have van life if we need to take a trip. 🐾
The RV Lifestyle means having our home on wheels. Plus, being a nomadic entrepreneur running a location-independent business makes RV living much easier. Especially, if you want to RV with Dogs or RV with Cats, you can customize your RV lifestyle to fit your needs!
💔 In this heartfelt post, I share a personal and emotional story about how my Dad unexpectedly became paralyzed due to Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) -- a sudden and rare disease. I recount the struggles and sleepless nights as he had to relearn basic functions.
Plus, how it impacted our family, my life, and business. Highlighting the importance of our RV van, which provided us the flexibility to stay close to the hospital while caring for our six fur babies. I also touch upon the role RVing and rescuing animals have played in my healing process after losing a child.
