High School students in grades 9 through 12 who reside in Merced County are invited to submit artwork for consideration to be displayed in the lobby of County Administration Building located at 2222 M Street, Merced, CA 95340. One high school student from each of the five supervisorial districts in Merced County will be selected as winners.
