Here she is week old tomorrow. She’s learning to lead. Hard to catch her though. Once you do she settles down and walks pretty good.

Ruby is still a little head strong but she’s doing very well. Mable is still hanging close which isn’t a problem unless you want to take a video lol. There’s pictures of her at one day and one month below and a little selfie of her loving getting her scratches.
Rodeo and the little one are doing well to. I’ll get some more of them in the next day or so.

Here she is at one day or so old and one month. You can see how much taller she is already. You remember we started teaching her to lead when she was just 2 days old and it was a struggle with how strong she was already. Imagine if we had waited. She will let us walk up to her and catch her now too. I’ll post one more video of her being led.

Haven’t had any videos of Ruby in a while here she is. I’ll post a comparison picture so you can see how fast she is growing too. She is one month old now. She is getting really friendly to and scratches are so nice.

Here she is, doing very well. She lets us catch her and pet her, had her first leading experience tonight too catches on fast. Mom’s back end is messy. She had some tearing and bled some but it’s all stopped and I’ll get her cleaned up when it’s a little warmer so she doesn’t get cold getting washed down.

One more and I’m off to bed long night and hard day 😂. The other horses are watching but Mable is making them keep their distant and Ruby is staying close to her. So far so good. Night everyone sleep well I know the babies will.

Mable and Ruby are in the pasture today. She’s 3 1/2 weeks old and has a good coat so she will be warm enough, now she can run to her hearts content.
