Restaurants don’t really get going until 8:30–9pm (and no one’s rushing you).

2️⃣ Pickpockets are REAL 🚨
Cute outfit, phone out = be alert, especially in El Born, Raval & the metro.

3️⃣ You don’t need a car 🚇
Walking + metro will get you everywhere (and it’s way more enjoyable).

4️⃣ Sundays are slow 💤
Shops close, brunch is king, and the city feels softer — plan accordingly.

5️⃣ Learn a few local words. A little bit of Catalan goes a long way ❤️
A little “hola”, “gràcies” or “bon dia” goes a long way.
