D Tours & Travel is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, dependable, organized, and motivated person to join our team as a Travel Client Services Specialist!

This position plays an important role in creating a great experience for our clients while supporting the day-to-day operations of our travel agency.

You’ll work directly with clients and alongside our experienced Travel Advisors, assisting with:

✈️ Client communication & follow-up
📄 Travel documents
🌎 Destination & travel research
💻 Reservation details
📋 General office & administrative support

You’ll start by learning the day-to-day operations of our agency, and for the right person, there is an opportunity to learn our booking systems and grow into a Travel Advisor role! ✈️🌴

We’re looking for someone who:

😊 Enjoys working with people
📋 Is organized and detail-oriented
💻 Has good computer skills and is comfortable learning new programs
⭐ Is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
🤝 Provides friendly, helpful customer service
🌴 Has a genuine interest in travel and helping others plan amazing vacations

📍 POSITION DETAILS

🕐 Hours: Average 32 hours per week | 4 days per week | 9 AM-5 PM | Some flexibility available

📍 Location: D Tours & Travel | Aviston, IL
