From student employee to full time team member! 👏

Last week, we had the honor of attending the JVS signing event for one of our student employees as he officially transitions into a full-time role with our team.

Programs like these create real opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience, build confidence, and launch meaningful careers. We’re proud to have been part of his journey and excited for what’s ahead!

Sometimes the teams behind the scenes carry the toughest conversations — and our Quality Team handles them every day. Last Friday, they traded inspections and problem-solving for a little friendly competition at Topgolf.

Tony, Quality Manager, has been focused on bringing the team together more often, creating opportunities to connect outside of the day-to-day and making Quality fun again. A strong team culture matters — especially in roles that are constantly challenged to meet the highest standards. ⛳️

Following our recent celebration at the Cleveland plant, we wanted to share a few reflections from our team.

As our Safety Manager, Jillian, said:
“Going accident-free for two years is not an accident — it’s the result of actions taken on a daily basis to not only look out for yourself, but your coworkers.”

A powerful reminder that milestones like this are built by people who show up every day committed to doing things the right way.

Grateful for the team that makes it all possible.

Our Cleveland plant at AJ Rose Manufacturing recently celebrated two years accident-free!

This milestone is a direct reflection of the people who make up our incredible workforce. Their commitment to doing things the right way and dedication to looking out for one another make accomplishments like this possible.

We are incredibly grateful for the accountability, teamwork, and pride our employees bring to the plant each day. Achievements like this happen because of the people who show up committed to doing the job the right way — and safely.
