Matthews Buses was proud to accept the Presidents Club Award at this years 2026 Thomas Built Buses Dealer Meeting. The award was based on a total team effort in Sales, Service, Parts, Training, Administration, and Owner/Management Departments. Congratulations Team Matthews!

Jason Hancock, Director of Transportation for Carthage CSD, is pictured with Scott Goble, Sales Representative, Aaron Morrow, Sales Manager, and Guy Matthews, Vice President and GM for Matthews Buses at the Thomas Built Buses plant in High Point, NC. Jason performed a pilot inspection of the first of 45 new Thomas EFX2 school buses. Thank you Jason for your participation and TBB for hosting the inspection process.

Matthews Buses was proud to sponsor a Bendix Brake Training event at the Owego-Apalachin CSD bus garage on Tuesday May 12th. Over 40 technicians attended representing Owego-Apalachin CSD, Chenango Valley CSD, Chenango Forks CSD, Susquehanna Valley CSD, Birnie Bus, Whitney Point CSD, Horseheads CSD, Utica City CSD, Maine-Endwell CSD, Odessa-Montour CSD, Newfield CSD, Jasper-Troupsburg CSD. Thank you very much to Point Spring for conducting the training and a big shout out to Owego-Apalachin for their hospitality to host the event.
