🌹⚠️ Security Guard Shot Into A Crowd After Being Stabbed⚠️🌹
Lanier Harmon, 39, was killed during a chaotic incident in Essex, Maryland, early Sunday morning. Baltimore County Police were called to the 800 block of Woodrow Avenue just before 2 a.m. after receiving reports of people fighting in the street. A second call quickly followed reporting a shooting. When officers arrived, they found Lanier Harmon unconscious inside a vehicle with a gunshot wound. She did not survive.
Dispatch audio obtained adds another layer to what happened. Responding officers were reportedly told that a security guard had fired into the vehicle, while officers were also instructed to separate and detain people at the nearby bar as well as security guards. Minutes later, dispatch indicated that the security guard in question was headed to a hospital after suffering a stab wound to his arm. Police have not confirmed the complete sequence of events, announced an arrest, or said whether anyone else was injured, and the circumstances surrounding Lanier Harmon's death remain under investigation.
