MTS EXPANDS OPERATIONS IN THE SOUTH AND CENTRAL STATES

Marino Transportation Services, LLC (MTS), headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, the parent company of MTS Transport and MTS Express is pleased to announce the hiring of three key sales and operations personnel, the acquisition of a large quantity of asphalt tanker trailers and the hiring of a corresponding number of experienced class A asphalt tanker drivers from Dillon Transport, formerly headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
The expansion of MTS Transport into the Chicago, IL, Savannah, GA, Atlanta, GA, Tuscaloosa, AL and Dallas, TX markets represents key strategic areas in the U.S. that compliments and strengthens MTS’s position as an industry leader in the transportation of hot liquid asphalt.
Charles (Chip) Gibbons joins Team MTS as a Senior Sales Executive and will be headquartered in Chicago, IL. A 25-year industry veteran with Dillon Transport, Chip will continue his close association with key clients from the asphalt industry throughout the central states and the south to broaden and improve customer supply chain solutions.
Brian Hogg joins Team MTS as Area Manager – Southeast, headquartered in Savannah, GA. Brian is responsible for all operations and sales activity in the southeastern U.S. Brian brings decades of industry experience, excellent relationships with customers and close association with professional drivers to the team.
Somdukta (Sammy) Ghosh joins Team MTS as Area Manager – South, headquartered in Dallas, TX. Sammy is responsible for operations and sales in the south-central U.S. Sammy, is an industry veteran with a proven history of providing superior operational service and sales support to her clients. Her excellent relationship with drivers will be a significant benefit to Team MTS.
