Drivley (originally Lexi’s Lil Bug) began in 2016 when our Founder and President, Erika DeShazo noticed the tremendous amount of stress her co-workers experienced during mandatory schedule changes at her former company. With the new shift assignments, those who had young children or aging parents struggled to secure transportation to/from daycare, school, extra-curricular activities and even docto
r’s appointments. Her coworkers found themselves having to choose between their careers and their families – all because of transportation limits. With a strong background in childcare and early childhood development, Erika quickly recognized an opportunity to serve these families by creating a safe and reliable transportation service built specifically for young children and aging parents. Today, Drivley serves dozens of families across the Baltimore Maryland region, keeping everyone on time, on schedule and on track with the demands of life.
