Hello everyone! I had another successful wild sockeye salmon season in Bristol Bay, Alaska this summer. Now, I am home in Minnesota soaking up the last few bits of warmth with my family and friends before the chilly Fall sets in. Henry turned 2 in the Spring and we are so excited to welcome our second child in early 2027! This year’s catch will be available for home deliveries at the end of this month. I hope this message finds you all well. Maile and I have been enjoying parenthood and celebrated our son’s first birthday in April of this year. In June I went back to Bristol Bay, Alaska and had a successful fishing season. I’ve been back home in Minnesota for the last few weeks spending quality time with my family. I’ve just sold the last bit of the 2024 season’s catch. Sockeye salmon will be available to purchase again this year in mid-late September. I know Henry can’t wait to eat his favorite food again!

I am so excited to announce the launch of our newest products! We have been working closely with the team at to create Hot Honey Smoked Salmon and Hot Honey Pâté. Enjoy either one of these with crackers, on a bagel, or in a breakfast omelette. My favorite way is to spread some Hot Honey Pâté on a slice of sourdough bread from Brick Oven Bakery.
