Truck Driver Job Responsibilities:
•Drive and operate trucks.
•Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps.
•Pre-inspect truck.
•Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
•Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.
•Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy
This is an OTR position. Driver must be willing to go out for Month or Two at a time. Dispatch will always get the driver home in an emergency. Anytime the driver will need a break and home time we will accommodate accordingly. Owner has an insurance license for life and health insurance if needed for driver's and their family.
Truck Driver Skills and Qualifications:
•Traffic laws/ DOT regulations/ driving knowledge
•Able to pass random drug tests/Clean driving record
•No DUI/DWI convictions in the past seven years
•Listening and verbal communication skills/Dependability
•CDL – Class A, & At least 2 years of OTR experience
