To All it may concern,
If you have not yet heard, Rose Carriage is no more. All operations of horse-drawn carriage rides in downtown Austin have ceased as of April 2020. Thank you for 30+ years of support and love for our feathery Clydes . We have enjoyed making everyone’s fairytale dreams come true and being part of so many memories made with your closest friends and loved ones. You have surely not been forgotten!
Although Rose Carriage is no more, there is one horse, carriage, and driver available for hire on privately owned land. Both the horse and carriage were previously owned and trained by Austin’s Die Gelbe Rose; and the driver is a dedicated equestrian who had been with the company for the past decade and is heavily invested and attached to the company’s Clydesdale herd, long term clients, and seasonal events.

Good morning all,
Rose Carriage update: I had major surgery on the 3rd of March. Slowed up our working carriages some. Now we are also moving to a new home for the horses. Its 189 acres, needs lots of work. Because of the surgery, our cash flow is low. If you have any free time we need people that can come help us do fencing repair. Call me or text me at 512-545-4775. I woke up this morning with a really strong presence of God around me.
I was in fear yesterday of where my financial situation is in the bank.
Then all of a sudden God remind me: don’t fear and don’t look at the bank, trust in me to supply the needs for the job at hand. So whatever God has given you to do. If it is really from God our father God and not from some other source other than God.
Then trust that he will supply your needs today! He says fear not for I am the Lord your God.

Well I want to give everybody an update we were having a problem finding a really good horse shoer!
I finally called a gentleman I had heard of the name Chris Prescott and he’s not a horse shoer, he’s a Farrier much different then Our old horse shoer used to do.
There’s a really nice shoe called Hoof-It it’s a come posit shoe basically a plastic shoe great for street use and the old horse shoer would not put them on. So I’m so glad we found Chris and if you read this Chris thank you very much for doing a great job.

I’m at Bastrop ER just not feeling well today it’s probably the heat.
We will be running carriages tomorrow Friday July 27, starting at the Driskill
But don’t come down to early. Rides start at 9:00 pm .
