We normally wouldn’t have to make a post like this, but for clarity and professionalism, there are a few things we feel should be addressed moving forward.

Our primary communication is with the customer who booked our services. While we respect family members and friends who may be involved in a move, our responsibility is to communicate directly with our client regarding scheduling, pricing, logistics, and concerns.
For everyone’s protection and clarity, we keep records of our communication with customers.
2️⃣ Please Don’t Cut Corners During the Quote Process
Your quote is based on the information provided during the walkthrough and/or final conversation before your move. Accurate information allows us to properly prepare the truck, manpower, equipment, time, and logistics needed.
Last-minute changes or leaving out major details can create unnecessary stress and affect the moving process. Transparency helps us provide the smooth, professional service you expect.
3️⃣ We Are Not the “Cheap Moving Company”
At Groovy Movers LLC, we take pride in the service we provide. Our pricing reflects professionalism, communication, reliability, experience, proper handling of belongings, and the reputation we’ve worked hard to build.
If your only priority is finding the cheapest option available, we may not be the company for you—and that’s okay.
We believe you get what you pay for. We aim to provide peace of mind, professionalism, and a moving experience you can feel confident about.
