You now must have NASTF credentials to program most things. It takes 2 to 3 weeks to get them. Don’t wait, do it now! This is NOT a Snap-on tools thing, this is federal regulations. Want to know why, google Autel auto theft ring. As always, a few bad apples making life harder for the rest of us
