Had the opportunity to swing by Unsalted Boat Rentals in Saugatuck this weekend! Went there with hopes of seeing a top-notch rental business in action and talk to the crew. I just missed the owners of the place, but learned a lot from the guys running the show that day.

It’s nice to break away sometimes and see how the other guys operate. A lot can be learned and gained from simple conversation - not every competitor is an enemy, but rather an ally with a common goal of sharing a love for boats and water!

This experience is definitely another stepping stone of improving and building Bay City Boat Rental!
