Wedneday, June 24th.

A few pics from today's Bay Fluke trip. Lots of shorts, and some nice keepers to 20" mixed in. Nothing big today, but plenty of rod bending action in the skinny water for the guys. We are headed back in the Ocean tomorrow on a private charter. There is no availability. We are sailing open boat by reservation for Ocean Fluke on Friday 6/26. We are charterd on Saturday 6/27. Open boat Ocean Fluke by reservation once again on Sunday 6/29. See details below.

Early Report:

Put a whipping on them early. Strong bite on the first half of the ebb tide. Lots of keepers around the boat already for my main man Brian Allen 's private charter. More pics 📸 incoming!

FATHER'S DAY OCEAN FLUKE
Report & Update:

We caught around 100 Ocean Fluke today, in beautiful flat calm conditions. Unfortunately only around 1 in 10 were of Keeper Size. Plenty of nice plump 17-18.5" Shorts, & 40 large Ling kept the rods bent all day. A few guys like James Milano (who also took the pool) had a pair of Keepers. With enough good ones around the boat to keep things interesting. The Keeper ratio is going to improve daily, & as we sniff👃out some new patches of fish...

- Unfortunately Mon. 6/22 is canceled due to lack of reservations.

Wednesday, June 17th.
OCEAN FLUKE REPORT:

A fair start today on our search for Ocean Fluke. Conditions were flat, but difficult. We hade moon tides with the new moon passing. Xtra long ebb, and a very week flood. Still we hit 3 different areas boxing keeper Fluke to 4+ lbs, and releasing shorts everywhere we went. Bruce had his limit. A bunch of other nice keepers in the 21-23" range around the boat and competing for the pool, for a light crowd. A handful of keeper SeaBass, & a small pile of Ling added to the catch. I believe the Fluke are now on the move with this moon, and should settle in nicely in the the next few days outside on the rough bottom & reefs. The time is now! Ocean Fluke Fishing Daily. Next open boat availability is FATHER'S DAY, Sunday June 21st. We are taking reservations for this trip, and are limiting the boat to 20 Anglers max. Drifting one side of the boat.
