Folks please ask your mover or freelancer whom ever you use to move or work for you in any capacity to see a copy of their commercial liability insurance. This is what separates a guy with an idea and some free time from those who live, breathe, and are anchored in this profession. Yes you may get a discount on the price from Tom on next door but that doesn’t mean they have any real world experience in the profession nor does it mean when you find out they have had any accident on the road or on your property they can:
A. Afford the liability of the damages so that you don’t end up out of your pocket or
B. Take what they are doing seriously.
