Brent joined Beemac Logistics just over a year ago, and his path here says a lot about him. He originally reached out about a recruiter role, just to get his foot in the door and start a conversation. The more we got to know him, the clearer it became that he was manager material, even though we didn’t have an opening in Nashville yet. So, we brought him on as our Training Manager instead, with the plan to grow him into that role once we were ready to launch the office.

That bet paid off. Over the past year, Brent has rebuilt and streamlined our sales training program into what it is today, giving our new hires a stronger foundation from day one. His work has had a direct impact across the organization, and it set him up perfectly for this next step.

St. Pete set the tone for an exciting season of celebrations ahead, adding the perfect cherry on top to the start of what is already shaping up to be the best Beemac summer yet!

Kicking it off with a unforgettable day on the water!

Beautiful views with plenty of laughs and memories, it was the perfect opportunity to step away and enjoy time together as one Beemac family.

The timing couldn’t have been better, as members of our management team from across the company were in St. Pete and able to join the celebration. Having so many people from throughout the company together in one place made the day even more special!

The relationships we build go far beyond the freight we move. Celebrations like this remind us that the people beside us and the families / loved ones supporting us is what make Beemac Logistics such a special place.
