🎓🚛 Learning Beyond the Classroom at Reinforced Logistics 🐿️📦

No shadowy predictions here—just real-world experience!

Today, Reinforced Logistics welcomed an 8th-grade student for a job shadow with one of our freight brokers as part of our local schools’ annual career exploration program, held each year on or just after Groundhog Day.

This program gives students the opportunity to step outside the classroom and into local businesses, gaining hands-on exposure to careers and industries that can’t always be fully taught within school walls. From understanding how freight moves across the country to seeing the problem-solving and communication skills brokers use every day, today was all about learning by doing.

We’re proud to support our local schools and help students discover new paths, new interests, and maybe even future careers—no groundhog required to predict their potential. 🌟

Jerry originally started his career with our parent company in the fabrication shop, where he built a strong foundation in hard work and dedication. Seeking new challenges and opportunities, he made the move to Reinforced Logistics to further his career — and he hasn’t looked back since.

Through determination and drive, Jerry earned his Class A CDL with the support of our company training program. Today, he’s an over-the-road hotshot driver, traveling across the United States hauling a wide variety of products.
