How do we load our trucks?

At Move-U, we load side to side, then up, building solid tiers as we work toward the back of the truck.

📦 Bottom: Heavy, bulky items create a strong foundation.
📦 Middle: Medium-sized items fill gaps and keep the load tight.
📦 Top: Light, soft, and delicate items finish the tier without being crushed.

Every few tiers, we add ratchet straps across the load to lock everything in place. A properly secured truck helps prevent shifting, reduces the risk of damage, and keeps your belongings safe from start to finish.

One of the things we love most about being based in Bedford is getting to work with great local businesses like the Consignment Gallery.
