I am sincerely, genuinely thankful for my customer base. LQQK at how great this little business has grown that I am selling wood and being supported even in the hot summer months

It truly helps keep the revenue flowing and inventory turning versus only selling in the Fall / Winter

So a guy contacts me and tells me he can deliver a cord of hickory from Florida to Nebraska for $250.

Come on man.

1. That’s not even a United States license plate on the trailer

2. The United States doesn’t run scania cabs

3. You couldn’t even go Florida to Nebraska in a car on vacation for $250 much less diesel at $5.29 a gallon and we haven’t even got to the cost of the wood

In conclusion these scammers are getting lazy. I mean it’s not even believable

Now I totally understand that I am responsible for my career and the life choices I have made but delivering across the street from this twice now I continue to reflect introspectively

I was in advanced classes in high school

I have a bachelor degree in accounting

I have a documented history of success at Union Pacific and fedex

I didn’t ruin my life with drugs, alcohol, gambling, or 3 different baby mamas

I have an active DoD Top Secret clearance

I continually apply for jobs that I feel I have a viable transferable skill set

I leaned into my firewood network for help as the traditional job search isn’t working

And yet to this day I can’t even land an interview much less a new career
