🔧 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: WESLEY 🔧

This week we’re giving a shoutout to the guy who helps keep everything moving behind the scenes — Wesley, our mechanic!

Whether it’s answering a service call, fixing something that decided to break at the worst possible time, or spending the evening making sure the fleet is ready to roll the next morning, Wesley is someone we can always count on.

Keeping a fleet of trucks on the road is no small job, and a lot of what he does happens after the trucks come back to the shop and everyone else is headed home. From routine maintenance to unexpected repairs, he puts in the work to make sure our drivers can get back on the road safely and keep our customers taken care of.

We appreciate everything you do, Wes! Thanks for keeping the wheels turning!

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Bruce 🌟

If you’ve been around the shop/on a job site, you know Bruce is the kind of guy who’s always ready to jump in—no matter what’s thrown his way. Need an extra hand? Bruce is already there. Tough job? He’s on it. Last-minute change of plans? Bruce is already grabbing his keys before the sentence is finished.

Bruce is one of those employees every team hopes to have: accountable, loyal, dependable, and one of the hardest workers around. He takes pride in getting the job done right and never hesitates to help wherever he’s needed.

We’re still trying to find something Bruce won’t do… but so far, no luck. 😆

Thanks, Bruce, for everything you do and for being the kind of teammate everyone can count on. We appreciate your dedication, your work ethic, and your willingness to tackle just about anything that comes your way.

We’re lucky to have you on the team! 👏
