Bent rods all day for us, with bones, albies and blues. No bluefins for us today, pretty sure we had one on early and pulled the hook. That’s how it goes sometimes though. Still had plenty of action all day though. Thanks guys for fishing hard!

Had Dan and his son Sammy out today for their shot at tuna fishing. Decided to play the numbers game with them and numbers were produced. Went 2-2 on bluefins, caught at least 20 falsies, at least 20 bones, and rounded out the box with 20 mahi! Talk about a fun trip with bent rods pretty much the entire day! Talk about a fun trip after being off for a little bit with some well needed family time! Thanks guys!

As we get into September this can be an absolute fire month. Really hoping these yellowfins settle in and we can get a good ole fashion beat down on the chunks. Don’t hesitate to give me a call and set up a date to get out fishing. This is my absolute favorite time of year for tuna fishing.

Very poor tuna fishing the last couple of days. Many miles traveled inshore with pretty much the same results. Both days we did see some fish up top but by the time we got to them, they were down. Hoping this east wind we have coming in the next few days changes some things up as we need it. Thanks guys for fishing hard and never giving up until it was time to go home. Definitely appreciate it. Back at it when the weather allows!

Yellowfins! Decided to go a different direction this morning with hopes of finding some yellowfins that wanted to chew, Ended up going 3-6, could’ve definitely landed a few more but sometimes the fish have to win! Still a fun day out there with a great group of guys that went home with plenty of meat! Thanks guys for a fun day on the water!

Man I love these fish! Big over size bluefins are flat out fun, and back breaking! Another solid day on the water today! Took us a little bit today but we made it happen! Thanks guys for a fun day as always.

Very good fishing today, ended 7-7 on bluefins, 5 overs, and 2 unders! The bounced off the bottom were getting smoked! Guys did great today!

Yesterday we ended up with 1 yellow fin and 1 solid 51 inch over bluefin! Not a bad day at all! Boat traffic was a little insane especially with how rough it was. Saw a legit 18ft duck boat out there! Still fun day with the boys! Thanks guys!

Successful morning on the inshore grounds! When kevin contacted me he was interested in a tuna trip for his family, but didn’t want to be out more than 6 hours, and wondered if it could be done. Well we did it and had a great time doing it. In just a short time we had 6 bites on the bluefin tunas! The amount of readings we had at times was crazy! If you don’t wanna make the long run and be out for a 12 hour trip, these are the perfect fish. Especially for young kids! Thanks guys for a great morning!

Some nice variety coming up the last few days on the jigs and bait. Definitely not lights out fishing for us locally but if you grind it out and fish hard you’ll get the bites!

After yesterday’s struggle fest covering many miles of ocean, with not much luck. Today was a welcome change when we had a fish on with in minutes of getting setup. Box an easy limit of under bluefins and some releases before the guys called it an early day as one of the crew members had a little tummy ache! Great time as always watching these kids do work, they’ve turned into quite the anglers! Thanks guys for a great morning!

Some solid fishing the last few days on healthy size unders, and some beautiful overs! The jigs have been doing most of the damage with some fish also being caught on the baits! A lot of fun has been had! Thanks to all the crews that have been fishing with me and fishing hard! Really appreciate it! Will be back out as soon as the weather allows!
