We are proud and excited to have one of the most respected names in the towing and recovery industry joining our leadership team.

With 28 years of hands-on experience, Beau has dedicated his career to advancing the towing profession through leadership, education, heavy recovery operations, and operator development. His reputation for excellence has taken him across the United States and Canada, where he has trained thousands of operators and helped raise the standard for our industry.

As the founder and lead instructor of Towing & Recovery Academy, Beau has built a nationally recognized training platform focused on real-world recovery techniques, rotator operations, rigging, airbag recoveries, billing education, and professional development. More importantly, he continues to work in the field, bringing practical experience and real-world knowledge to every operator he trains.

From the first conversations with Beau, it was clear that our values aligned. His passion for training, commitment to safety, leadership philosophy, and desire to develop the next generation of operators make him a perfect fit for the Hannan family.

We are especially excited about the future of training. Together, we are building an environment where operators can learn, grow, and sharpen their skills year-round through our on-site indoor training facility. Rain or shine, the commitment to education never stops.
