We are adding more units, as of September 10th we will have 8 more 10x10 units, 24 more 10x20 units and 14 more 12x32 units. The 12x32 units are 10’ tall and 10’ wide doors, perfect for boats or pontoons, Some reservations are already in. Don’t wait too long.

Construction of the boat and rv storage building will be starting on the 19th of October. Construction should complete by the 23rd and we will be ready for tenants on Nov 1st. Units are 12x32 with a 14’ height. Doors are 10 wide by 12 tall for all your toys to fit in. We have setup 90’ between buildings to give you plenty of room to maneuver.

As we move into the end of August, we have some exciting news. We still have 10x20 and 10x10 units available, but we have decided to add another building. This building will have 12x32 units and a 14’ height. The doors will be 10x12 to try and accommodate Boats, Pontoons, campers and fish houses. The plan is to have it operational by mid October.
