🔥🎉💥 Help us welcome our new Service Manager, Ben McQuade!

Originally from St. Louis, Ben spent over a decade in Houston before he and his wife found the perfect opportunity to move closer to family in Northwest Arkansas. He first learned about Buddy Pegs through their parts distributor, where he stumbled upon co-founders Scott and Jannine's children's books all about bikes.

Outside of work, Ben loves taking road trips, exploring the local trails, and diving into any outdoor activity he can find around NWA. He is also a passionate animal advocate with a huge heart for rescue work, having fostered over two dozen animals to help them find their forever homes.

Ben's "The Stoker" because, just like the rear rider on a tandem bicycle, he brings the steady, dependable power behind the scenes that keeps our entire team charging forward together!

Field trip day! 🚴‍♂️Our Retail Team headed over to Cycling and Trails Education Center in to meet with Brandon Andrews, Director of the Bicycle Assembly and Repair Technician Program, and check out the amazing bike & trail programs happening right in our backyard!

We’re also stoked to have NWACC’s first Apprentice program student with us at Buddy Pegs. This program is such a great way to turn local talent into skilled, career-ready pros who strengthen our shops and community, and carry that expertise wherever they go. 🔧🌲

1️⃣Bentonville City Rebates: Monthly voucher drawings run year-round for local residents, covering $800 to $1,600 depending on bike style and income qualification.

2️⃣Arkansas Tri-Region Vouchers: The next statewide lottery drawing for NWA residents takes place September 15, 2026 (offering $700 to $1,200 off eligible models).
