A Fitness Studio for EVERY Body & Budget

Shane and Gio (Co-Owners) have been together for almost 20 years. They have adopted 8 special needs children, five boys and three girls. Today most have started to learn and live their adult life on there own. So to replace the void of having the kids in the house they have decided to open Rock River Fitness, LLC. They figured the expense would be about the same, lol !!!

When both are not work at John Deere Harvester during the day time hours or working and teaching at the studio, they enjoy camping, fishing, relaxing by the pool and hot tub, and love to travel!!!

Shane loves hot yoga and loves to teach. He has certifications in Yoga Shred Inspired, Restorative Yoga, 200hr and 300hr, Sound Healing, and soon Yin Yoga!

Gio loves to dance! Zumba was a way him to move and stay active, besides making him go to Yoga. He is a certified B1 Zumba Instructor.
