We have to start the year out with the best, ask around. Andy is the Man! Everyone will tell you what a great guy Andy Counts is. His lady and momma whip up treats for the crew regularly. No bribes needed around here though. Mr. Counts work eithic is backed up by an incredibly agreeable deminor.

The clients love him, his co-workers love him, the bosses youngest and him share a quirky little love for amphibians. Not one single concern or annoyance about this amazing human being. A clean, green, driving machine.

Proof that the good guy does get the win. We honestly could nominate him every single month with a clear conscious. We are beyond thankful that Andy Counts chooses to be with us here at Need-a-Lift, an absolute blessing.

Second the best, Ms Vance has been dedicated to our team for 2 years this past June.

Megan is loyal and consistant. We never have had a complaint from a client or a fellow employee.

That isn't what makes a special employee though.

Megan's heart is willing,
friendly, and reliable. Early in the morning or all day out of town, she makes herself available. Her hard work does not go unnoticed. Her training in juggling 3 beautiful children really works to her advantage. Not many people can go from answering phones, to changing a tire, to planning her family dinner with such grace, but here she is making moms everywhere feel like they should be doing more, just kidding. She is an amazing mother. We are very grateful to have her on our team.
