Announcing our Shared Shuttle service. Starting February 1st, we will add a lower-cost alternative to our offerings and provide a shared ride to and from Big Sky and the Bozeman Airport (BZN).

-Price ranges from $90-$100 per seat
-Times from BZN - 1:50 pm & 6:10 pm
-Times from Big Sky - will vary by location, starting from 11:45 am and 4:55 pm
-Drop off and Pick up locations specified on the website

Big Horn Sheep frequent the sides of the road, especially in the Gallatin Canyon from Bozeman to Big Sky and the lower part of Lone Mountain Trail near the Conoco.

We love to see them, but they do pose a hazard and cause some traffic. There’s even a pullout where they used to visit commonly to lick the side of the road. Since the pullouts completion the BHS don’t hang out there as often.

“Slicker than greased monkey snot”
- said that one guy on the local road conditions page. I can’t think of a better description than that! Fortunately, the driver of this car was safe and sound. We took him to the airport and he was happy to share his picture with us. Here’s your reminder to make sure your tires are WINTER, not all season, and DEFINITELY not summer.

🔔 Cheap rides to Big Sky? A to Z has just added a web page highlighting your options. Big Sky shouldn’t only be accessible to the rich.

The page is called Cheap Ways to Big Sky. We highlight the Skyline bus system, Karst Stage, Shuttle to Big Sky, Peak Shuttle, and the Uber/Lyft option (and why we don’t recommend this one).

Every option fits a different customer. A to Z might not be right for you, but we want to help anyway.
