☀️🧳 SST ‘26 Agency Trip ☀️🧳
This trip was a BIG deal for me. 🥹🩷
Talk about kicking off new roles in a BIG way! Going on an agency trip with nearly 70 people I had never met in person was nerve-racking enough, but I was also stepping into my new role as Co Social Media Director on our Leadership Team while being in one of my absolute favorite places. I had ALL the emotions!
Kat and Ash, I have truly never watched two people pour so much into so many others at once. You stretched yourselves in every direction to make sure everyone felt seen, loved, appreciated, and encouraged. You made sure our cups were filled so we could return home ready to grow successful businesses of our own. Your hearts and souls are woven into every part of this agency, and it is so clear that you genuinely want every single person here to thrive.🫶🏼
Leadership Team… WE DID IT!🥳
After months of preparation, countless conversations, all the training in between, and some very late nights, we officially had our first agent event together. I could not have asked for a better group of people to experience it with.
We poured our hearts and souls into this. We stepped outside our comfort zones, put ourselves out there, leaned on one another, and gave it everything we had. What made this so special was not just the trip itself, but everything we built along the way.
We learned how to communicate, rely on one another, and bring our individual strengths together. We grew so much as a team, but we also learned so much about ourselves individually. Each of us stepped into unfamiliar territory, grew in confidence, and began finding our own rhythm within the roles we were chosen for.
This wasn’t a fun content trip. It was about learning how we wanted to show up, lead, encourage, and serve. Watching months of preparation finally come to life was something I will never forget. There was definitely a learning curve, but I am so proud of what we created together. More than anything, it reminded me that this is only the beginning. ✨
To all of the amazing agents who attended this agency trip, thank you for trusting us, being willing to learn from us, and giving us grace as we stepped into these roles for the very first time, especially at an event this big.
Watching so many of you step outside your comfort zones, try new things, and put yourselves out there was incredibly heartwarming. Seeing the joy on your faces when you started feeling more comfortable or realized you had accomplished something you weren’t sure you could do was truly one of the biggest highlights of my trip.
I cannot wait to see how much more we can learn, grow, and accomplish together. I am incredibly grateful to be part of this team with all of y’all, and I cannot wait to see what blooms from everything we planted this week. 🩷
