Named Runner-Up Alabama Trucking Association Fleet Manager of the Year!

Reilly serves as Vice President Operations and Dispatch Manager at Watkins Trucking, where she’s been part of the family business since high school. Over the past 15 years, she has led in dispatch and fleet management and now serves on the executive leadership team—overseeing all company drivers and a team of seven dispatchers.

Reilly’s leadership is marked by wisdom, integrity, and a true servant’s heart. She leads like family—and it shows. We’re so proud of you, Reilly!

We wrapped up an incredible year at Watkins Trucking with our annual Christmas party, celebrating the people who keep our wheels turning! Every employee received a bonus, and we honored our drivers for their outstanding achievements throughout the year.

Our drivers with a perfect 100 safety score were recognized with the Perfect Safe Driving Award, joining Club 100, and those who maintained a 95+ safety score with no accidents or tickets received a Top Safety Award.

We also spotlighted exceptional individual performance. Our top three owner-operators were celebrated, with John C. named Owner-Operator of the Year! Our top five company drivers were recognized, and “Romi” received Company Driver of the Year!

Congratulations to our entire team for a year of dedication, excellence, and hard work. Let’s keep on trucking—here’s to an incredible 2026 ahead! 🚛✨
