If you want to purchase a suppressor you need to be a Gun Owners of America (GOA) member, according to a judge. You need to be a member of the protected group which is GOA. This isn’t what GOA was pushing. It is penalty for in a litigious society where we have to have for our rights, even to protect our hearing. GOA is a great 2nd Amendment advocacy group who sued for the right.

The main purpose of a suppressor is to protect hearing. Suppressors are used in fewer than 0.003% of all crimes involving fi****ms in the United States. It is not reasonable to be concerned about criminal use even if they are more available. Suppressors only quieten the sound. They're not like in Hollywood movies making the gun nearly inaudible. This is an excellent reason to never allow the Democrat Party to hold the White House or Congress again. Vote pro-gun in the midterms on November 3rd.

Proceed with Caution; the VCDL is absolutely giving good advice in their email.

The current pro-2A administration stance won’t last forever; if we end up with Democrats in charge, the statute of limitations will still be open season for the Feds to harass freedom loving Americans.

Remember, the ATF absolutely delights in prosecuting NFA violations.

Lawyers are not cheap and Form 4’s are the only sure way to play NFA at this time.
