🚨 BREAKING: The ATF has released new guidance on the National Fi****ms Act after our historic victory in Jensen v. ATF!

"This is what happens when all three branches of government are willing to follow the Constitution. The NRA worked hand-in-glove with pro-gun lawmakers to zero out the unconstitutional NFA tax. Following this legislative milestone, the NRA and our allies took that opening into court to file several NFA challenges, including Jensen v. ATF, and won. Now the Trump administration has confirmed it will stop treating law-abiding Americans as if they still need special permission from the government to own hearing protection, ri**es, or sh****ns. While this is a historic victory, our work is far from over to ensure that all law-abiding Americans have access to these rights, regardless of what state they live in." - John Commerford, Executive Director of NRA-ILA

ATF Director, Robert Cekada, says, “Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require Americans or Federal Fi****ms Licensees (FFLs) to seek approval under the National Fi****ms Act (NFA) prior to making or transferring suppressors, short barrel ri**es, short barrel sh****ns, or any other weapon. No more requirements to register these items in the National Fi****ms and Transfer Record. These policies will apply to all Americans not just those that were plaintiffs in the litigation…”. In Democrat controlled states like Virginia and Maryland, you will still have state enforced restrictions and risks. Join Gun Owners of America (GOA) to protect yourself from aggressive attacks from these states including arrests, confiscations, and lawsuits. Vote freedom and pro-gun Republican on November 3rd in the midterms to keep your gun rights. Democrats and Republicans consistently show you where they stand on gun rights. If Democrat politicians do not believe that you even have the right to protect your own life, what rights do they believe you have? None. Vote accordingly. Do not sit this election out.
