Sometimes the calls I get just make me smile. 😂
If a competitor is spending time calling me disguised as a customer, that’s actually a compliment.
At the end of the day, price shopping only gets you so far. To truly compete, you have to provide outstanding service, dependability, and treating customers like family.
If this little bit of curiosity pushes everyone to raise their game, then the customer wins—and that’s fine by me.

For a long time, I had the privilege of taking Mr. Bob to lunch every day. Those rides and conversations meant more than just a trip—they became part of my routine and something I truly looked forward to.
He wasn’t just a customer… he was a friend.
