Dear friends,

I wanted to share some news with you. After managing Alpen Acres Motel for 24 years I am retiring!

I have thoroughly enjoyed serving guests from far and near over the years and many of you have become friends who visit regularly. I will miss your familiar faces.

As for Alpen Acres, it's doors will close this November. I will check out our last guests on Sunday November 6, 2016. I know this will be sad news to our loyal customers, especially those who come every year and have deep roots and precious memories here. I feel the same way.

For those who would like to stay at Alpen Acres one last time, I would like to give you a special closing rate of 20% off regular rates (excluding holidays and October weekends).

I would love to you see you one last time and tell you thank you for your loyalty and friendship. This will be a bittersweet farewell for me but I am most looking forward to hanging up my hat and having a long and restful retirement!
