We have taken the iconic and refreshing flavor of Dole Whip and made it into a cheesecake that is perfect for summer. Maggie was so excited to make this mosaic wall hanging of her and her best friend for their new house. It is from a company called Brick Me. She sent in a photograph and they sent her back all of the Lego pieces to make the mosaic. And yes, those are all tiny little squares. It turned out great!

Our popular summer seasonal flavor, Blueberry Elderflower, is back on the menu!
