Bluffton Breeze offers year-round fixed-route service through Old Town Bluffton, the Tanger Outlets, Okatie, and Sun City. Breeze Trolley is a free seasonal service on Hilton Head Island that connects riders to beaches, shops, dining, and resorts. Walterboro Works provides weekday fixed routes that link Colleton County residents with jobs, shopping, and essential services. Paratransit and ADA Services provide door-to-door rides for individuals with disabilities who qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Our mission is simple. We expand access, reduce congestion, and support economic growth by providing dependable and environmentally friendly transportation for everyone.
