We are actively delivering. Because of the high volume of calls and deliveries, it will take a while to reach everyone. Customers who are out or very low are being prioritized. Please do not call repeatedly, as this slows down deliveries for everyone. We are working continuously and will get to customers as soon as conditions and routing allow.

Update on bottle filling and deliveries

We were able to get our lot safely cleared, and we are filling bottles today.

Delivery is a different situation.

Last week we delivered to nearly 100 customers. A normal full week for us is around 50. We currently have 80+ delivery requests, and the combination of road conditions and volume means that some customers will not be reached for multiple weeks.

We want to be very clear about expectations:
• We are prioritizing customers who are out or critically low
• Some deliveries will take significantly longer than usual
• If you are above 25%, you should expect to wait

We know this is stressful, and we genuinely hate that we can’t get to everyone right now. This is not where we want to be, and it’s not how we normally operate.

This is not a lack of effort. It is the result of extreme demand, weather disruption, and the physical limits of what one truck and crew can safely do.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we work through this as fast and as safely as possible.

We are able to fill bottles now thanks to Twisted Cypress Services getting here to clear our lot. Please park on the side road and wait at the gate while the big machines are on the lot

Due to continued icy conditions, our gate will remain closed tomorrow.

We have not been able to secure a contractor to safely clear and treat our parking lot, and we cannot open the property to foot traffic under these conditions.

We will be available by phone only to take calls and schedule deliveries as road conditions allow. There will be no on-site access tomorrow.

We appreciate your patience and will post an update once conditions improve and we can safely reopen.

Due to icy conditions and sustained below-freezing temperatures, we will be closed on Monday.

Propane cylinder filling is suspended. Our fill area is outdoors and requires walking and handling heavy cylinders, which is unsafe under current conditions.

Please do not come to the office. Stay safe until conditions improve.

We will post an update as soon as we are able to reopen.

We want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone for your patience today.

Our team worked as long and as safely as possible to deliver to customers who were out or critically low before the storm. With the sheer volume of calls and the limits of time, daylight, and road conditions, we were not able to reach everyone before the weather moved in, and we are truly sorry if that includes you.

Please know that every effort was made, and no one was skipped lightly.

As soon as road conditions improve and it is safe for our drivers and equipment, we will be back out delivering and working through the remaining tickets as quickly as we can.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding and patience during this weather event, and we’re grateful to serve such a supportive community.

Due to the snow forecast, we are experiencing an unusually high volume of delivery requests. Even with full routes, we will not be able to reach every customer today.
Out-of-gas and near-empty tanks are being prioritized. Non-critical deliveries may be delayed until conditions improve.
If you call and we do not answer, it means we are already assisting other customers. Please do not leave multiple messages. If your tank is not at a critical level, please do not call for status updates. Thank you for your patience while we work as quickly and safely as possible.
