Building the Groundwork for Tomorrow! ☀️

Cliff was on the job in Auburn, Iowa, unloading lime for ground stabilization at a future solar farm.

It’s always interesting to see the different projects our loads support and the work happening at job sites across the region!

📸 Thanks to Cliff for sharing a glimpse of the action from the field!

🚛 **Monday Miles & New Projects! 🌬️**

Starting the week off strong! 💪 Driver Casey sent us these photos from Ida Grove, Iowa, where she delivered her **first load of cement for a wind farm stabilization project!**

This cement came all the way from Fremont, Nebraska, and we’re excited to see our drivers playing a part in projects that help keep things moving forward. Every load has a purpose, and we’re proud of the hard work our drivers put in day after day!

Thanks for sharing the photos, Casey! We’re looking forward to seeing more from out on the road. 📸👏

**Happy Monday from the AA&E Hauling family!** 💙💛

A little glimpse of life on the road from Cliff! 📸

These shots were sent in from West Virginia and Kentucky — proof that hauling isn’t just about getting from Point A to Point B. It’s the views, the early mornings, the late nights, the job sites, and everything in between. 🌅🚛

Thanks for sending these in, Cliff! We love getting to see a little bit of what our drivers see out there. 👊

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Ryan!

Ryan has been part of the **AA&E Hauling family for 2.5 years**, and when we asked him what makes AA&E stand out, his answer said a lot about the kind of team we strive to be.

💰 **Top-tier pay**
🔧 **Quick turnaround on major truck repairs**
👂 **Leadership that listens and acts quickly**
⏰ **Flexibility when schedules change or emergencies come up**
🛠️ **The tools and truck upgrades drivers need to do their jobs better**
🚪 **A true open-door policy**

Ryan summed it up perfectly: **“It’s hands-down the best company I’ve been with in my 2.5 years here.”**

We appreciate having you on the team, Ryan! Thanks for putting in the miles and being part of what makes AA&E Hauling what it is. 🚛💨

🚛 DRIVER SPOTLIGHT: Meet Casey! 🚛

We caught up with Casey to learn more about her journey on the road and what keeps her motivated every day.

How long have you been driving?

9 years.

What inspired your career switch?

A genuine love for driving combined with the pursuit of long-term financial stability.

What do you enjoy most about being a driver?

Consistently challenging myself. I love taking on demanding tasks, from navigating off-road terrain to hauling complex, oversized flatbed loads. I also take immense pride in representing strong women in the skilled trades!

What do you enjoy doing when you're off the clock?

Spending quality time with my family and tending to my yard and garden.

Any favorite foods to fuel your trips?

I don't have a single favorite! I love being adventurous and trying new things—as long as fish isn’t on the menu!

Join us in thanking Casey for her dedication, hard work, and excellent representation of women in trucking. We are proud to have you on our team!

🚛 **DRIVER APPRECIATION — ALL SEPTEMBER LONG!** 🚛

Driver Appreciation Week may be just one week, but at **AA&E Hauling, our appreciation for our drivers goes far beyond seven days.**

Throughout the **entire month of September**, we’ll be shining the spotlight on the hardworking men and women who keep our company moving every day.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing **Driver Spotlights** to introduce you to the people behind the wheel — learning about their experiences, their stories, what they enjoy about trucking, and what makes each of them a valued part of the AA&E Hauling family.

Our drivers take on challenging roads, long days, demanding loads, and countless miles to keep things moving for our customers and our team.

**One week isn't enough to say thank you.** ❤️

So, throughout September, we're celebrating the people who make it all possible.

🚛 **Thank you to all of our AA&E Hauling drivers for everything you do!**

Stay tuned as we continue celebrating ** ** all month long!
