The operation focused on Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Ohio, targeting unqualified drivers, unsafe trucks and CDL fraud — issuing roughly 766 out-of-service orders.

Authorities say the crackdown is expanding, with more than 26,000 drivers placed out-of-service over English-language rules, thousands of allegedly fraudulent CDL schools closed, and over 30,000 improperly issued licenses revoked.
