COVID-19 UPDATE

WE ARE OPERATING!

As the entire country reacts to the news surrounding the Coronavirus, we want to assure our clients that Super Crate is working hard to protect the safety and health of everyone on a move day.

Here is what we do to keep you and our team safe:

‼️1) Keep distance. It is recommended to keep a safe distance of minimum 6 feet.
⏱2) Early start. We have increased AM and PM cleaning tasks for our van, boxes and supplies.
🚛3) Clean Trucks. Every morning our trucks are being treated and sanitized. This includes all the equipment, crew cabs, door handles and grab bars.
☝️4) Wash hands. We encourage our team members to wash hands and sanitize multiple times throughout the day.
🏠5) Stay home. We are keeping a close eye on the health of our team, monitoring any symptoms and overall health condition of our team.
😷6) One is enough. We request only one adult per household to be present during the pick-up/delivery. Or you can just show us where to leave the crates. Same thing at the pick-up.
🤒7) Cancel if needed. All last-minute cancellations or reschedules are free of charges with all fees waived. No questions asked.

Lastly, we would like you to know that our partners Lexel Moving & Storage support our clients with FREE 30-day storage in case if your lease or purchase fell through.
