Sometimes the most important care happens when things don't go as planned. Our Van Nuys team provides paratransit service for riders who depend on structure, consistency, and a team they can trust. So when an unexpected scheduling issue left one of our riders facing an extended, confusing delay, the team never wavered. The driver stayed patient and reassuring. Dispatch advocated tirelessly for a resolution, staying calm and solution-focused throughout. And a Road Supervisor stepped in on-site to see the rider safely home. Through it all, the rider remained calm, safe, and cared for. For the riders who count on us most, compassion and coordination make all the difference. Some of the most important work happens behind the scenes. Meet Silvia Hernandez Vigil, a vital part of Keolis' operations for Loudoun County Transit. Silvia independently maintains and cleans the facilities used by more than 200 employees, contractors, county staff, and visitors every day. As operations grew, she voluntarily stepped up with additional hours and weekend shifts to keep every space clean, safe, and welcoming. Her dedication often goes unseen, but its impact is felt by everyone. Thank you, Silvia, for all you do. That is what keeps us moving.

Victor Valley Transit Authority Operations Manager Jonathan McDowell was selected to the Special Event Operations Team for the FIFA World Cup 2026, joining colleagues from across Keolis to deliver safe, seamless transportation for one of the world's largest events. The team met all its service delivery targets with no significant incidents, coming together as one team with one goal. That's what keeps us moving.

Growth happens when you never stop showing up. Darien Rainey started as a Driver, grew into a Supervisor, and now leads a team of more than 60 operators as a Driver Manager at Foothill Transit in Pomona. He stepped up to support our Boston location during World Cup operations while continuing his responsibilities back home at Foothill Transit. He champions safe driving through the DriveCam Stars program and keeps our fleet road-ready with proactive pre-trip inspections. His willingness to help wherever he's needed is what keeps us moving.
