Airfares are brutal right now — and booking a group two weeks out is when most people overpay the most. ✈️
A group of 40 called us yesterday and needed to get to Nashville, fast. The usual move? Call the airline's group desk and eat a big premium on top of already-high fares — or have one person sit at a computer for hours booking everyone one by one.
We do it differently. Our system gives us real, live inventory — not just what's on the airline's website. This allowed us to book multiple options for the group and maximize savings, which was a top priority for this group.
The result: about $200 saved per traveler. Roughly $8,000 across the group.
Oh, and three names were misspelled. For us, a one-minute fix. On your own? That's a phone call and a long hold — for each one.
