Pictured here is Mrs. G making sure our new units are ready to hit the roads. She's often in the office handling the admin work but on this day she was at the yard applying decals, moving units, and taking over Our Fleet Managers Job while they were away.

Can you as a driver recognize that you are fatigued?

With a combination of factors that all contribute to a driver being fatigued it is important to best prepare yourself against becoming fatigued.

Here's a few tips to help combat driver fatigued. Also feel free to add your "Go To Dos and Don'ts" that helps you combat fatigue below in the comments. We'd love to hear them!!

Mrs.G is the glue that keeps things together. She's a "Jacky-of-All-Trades" when it comes to trucking and quite frankly we don't know how she does it all! Having a background in trucking and IT Mrs. G makes the daily struggle look a breeze. If she can't figure it out then it must be impossible to do.
