Hi everyone. I just started this business in January of 2024. I have helped my 97 year old grandmother pack her whole house and unpack everything when she moved into her new house. She lived in that house for 60+ years, so as you could imagine there was ALOT to go through and pack up. Also, trying to find places to put everything in the new house to where it was easy for her to access. Then a few months later, my parents wanted to move out of their rental and into their forever home. My mom had just been through major surgery and could not help with the packing or moving. My dad and I packed everything and also unpacked when they settled into their new place. After those 2 big moves, I realized, I don’t mind the packing/unpacking part. Moving is a fun and exciting time, but for a lot of people, the packing part is just a nightmare, and becomes stressful especially in a time crunch. Then when you get moved in, you don’t feel like unpacking everything, so you put it off. That’s why I came up with this business. I don’t mind this part. I also LOVE helping people. Without me, my grandmother and parents would’ve had to spend TONS of money on a moving company to pack everything and they just simply don’t care about your stuff. Of course, they don’t want to break anything, but they don’t put the time and effort into it like I do. It’s my passion to help people and take a load off of their shoulders. I’m a 26 year old girl who has just tried it all. I went to school for Veterinary assisting and just didn’t think it was the right fit. I’ve tried teaching, I’ve tried being a farm hand, had lots of cashier and food service jobs, none have just felt right. I want to grow this business and help as many people as I can. But more importantly, I just love making a difference in someone’s life,a POSITIVE one.
