This week we’re highlighting Billy, our Purchasing/ISO Coordinator. Billy grew up in Carencro, Louisiana, and has worked in several different roles throughout his career at CCI, starting in Inside Sales before moving into Shipping & Receiving, Production Supervisor, and now Purchasing. His experience across multiple areas of the company has given him a strong understanding of the work we do here and the people behind it! Billy says one of his favorite things about working at CCI is the family atmosphere and the friendly people throughout the company. Whether it’s work-related or personal, he enjoys being able to connect with just about anyone around the shop and office!
Outside of work, Billy enjoys watching football, fishing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
We’re proud to have Billy as part of the CCI team and appreciate the experience and positivity he brings each day!

This week we’re highlighting Harrison, a Warehouse Intern in our Pipe Support department who has been part of the CCI team for almost a year.
Harrison was born and raised in Duson, Louisiana, and comes from a family with strong ties to CCI, with his dad and 2 cousins having worked here for years. Growing up around the company and visiting CCI at a young age helped spark his interest in manufacturing and engineering.
Outside of work, Harrison enjoys hunting and s***t shooting. One thing some coworkers may not know is that he is a member of Sigma Nu at UL Lafayette, a 2-time All-American for the National S***t Shooting Association, and currently serves as the Louisiana State Team Captain for the Louisiana S***t Shooting Association.
We’re proud to have Harrison as part of the CCI team and look forward to seeing where his future takes him!

Our next employee spotlight is Bryson, from our Casing Spacers department who has been part of the CCI team for a little over a year and a half.
Bryson is from Eunice, LA and he takes pride in making sure his work is done precisely, knowing that the quality of his work can impact the people around him and the overall process. That level of attention and accountability is an important part of keeping things running smoothly and is something we truly appreciate on the team!
Outside of work, Bryson enjoys spending time with his two kids, relaxing with family, and cooking — something he says he genuinely loves doing. One thing some coworkers may not know is that he also enjoys fishing and horseback riding in his free time.
We’re glad to have Bryson as part of the CCI team and appreciate the care and effort he brings to his role each day!

This week we’re highlighting Joshua from our Pipe Stands department who has been part of the CCI team for the past 8 months. Joshua is from the Coteau Holmes area and has stayed close to home to be near his family.
He says his favorite part of the job is working alongside his coworkers and being part of the team each day!
Outside of work, Joshua is also dedicated to serving his community as a volunteer firefighter for the Coteau Holmes Fire Department — something not everyone may know about him.
Looking ahead, Joshua is focused on working hard and saving up to purchase his own property.
We’re glad to have him as part of the CCI team and appreciate the hard work and dedication he brings both on and off the job.
