I'm updating our booking sites and need some suggestions as to how often travelers like to get contacted. I usually send all our property tips in one long message through the booking portal, but I can also set up scheduled messages to address common questions over a few weeks. I, personally, don't mind a few little tips leading up to the trip and I'm noticing the info in the longer version gets buried.

For example, tips on 1)transportation; 2)snow removal; 3)trash pick up; 4)using the fire pit & fire restrictions; 5)Good Neighbor Guidelines
