It seems that King Of Freight may be brokering in Texas illegally? I have only discovered this since they are refusing to pay my operation for an “intrastate” Texas move for them that we had no damage on and they decide to write their own rules! Per Texas Statute 646.003, they are required to have a bond for loads intrastate in Texas, careful with this organization, they did not get to this level by treating us little guys with respect. Court filings forthcoming!
